TWebBrowser loses session connection when a new Windows opens

I have an application in Delphi 6 where I am using a TWebBrowser to open to a page where you login into the website. Then in one of the links it opens up a new PDF document into a new Windows (IE opens it up not the TWebBrowser). But I am open to TWebBrowser opening up this doc.

TWebBrowser loses session connection when a new Windows opens.
Is there a way to keep that session connection open or in sync when a new browser window opens into IE?
