ANN: NexusDB2 database update; C++Builder 2007 support added

A maintenance release of NexusDB v2 is about to be released. Some minor SQL
regressions have been fixed, some SQLs have been sped up, and C++Builder
2007 is now officially supported. Trial versions for C++Builder 2007 and all
