Gert already mentioned EPocalipse Software's SourceConneXion: http://www.epocalipse.com/scx.htm
And also the JCL has an IDE expert for subversion command integration.
But frankly I gave up using IDE integrated source control since I started using SVN years ago - TortoiseSVN is all I need.
