I would recomend to
use a resizable moveable bevel placed inside your form. I have created
such a component a few years after some ones request I think I have
donated to JVCL project. I can't remember for sure I could look around if
you like.


a resizable moveable bevel would be useful for the selecting part but in
itself it doesn't address the above issue.
