VCS - Any recommendations?

Hello!

I'm searching for a Version Control System (if possible with included
Bugtracker) for managing my Delphi-Projects. It should be easy to use, small
and stable.
I searched the web and found JEDI VCS and QVCS but there are sure many
others (I guess :-) ).
Has anyone experiences with VCS? Which one works good, which bad? Any
recommendations?
