Do you need a GUI? That's the hard part. FreePascal would work fine for a lot of non-GUI code as an easy cross platform native code solution. Another option is to translate it into Chrome from RemObjects (may or may not be much work) and use Mono to run the code on OS X. The GUI is always the big hurdle to overcome... Is that necessary?
