ZipForge behavior

omg, talk about wasting time ...
I need to create a simple ZIP file, so ended up looking at ZipForge because
it seems the best supported and most up-to-date.

The examples, of course, run fine. But when I create even the simplest of
projects, just to test the concept, everything works except that I get no
ZIP file. I can OpenArchive, AddFiles and even ExtractFiles. The extracted
files show up where they are supposed to, but the actual archive is no where
to be found. Eventually the entire test project looks exactly like an
example project that works ... except no ZIP file! I'm pulling out the
little hair I have left.

Is this some clever trial-version feature that they didn't advertise? I'd
happily pay for the component, but not if it doesn't work!
Anyone else run into this? (Delphi2007 for Win32)
