"run as" shell extension for Vista?

Hello all,
under Windows XP I used to have the option to right-click an application
or shortcut and select "run as" in the context menu. For a developer this
is pretty handy to test program behaviour for limited user accounts.
Vista doesn't offer this menu item. Of course I could open a command
window and type it in by hand, but doesn't anyone happen to know if
there's a "run as" shell extension for Vista available somewhere?

(In order to reply per e-mail, please just remove the ".net"
from my e-mail address. Leave the rest of the address intact
including the "antispam" part. I had to take this measure to
counteract unsollicited mail.)
