Search for a batch componet replace tool

Hallo all,

I need to upgrade some applications that i have made in the past to use new
components insteed of the old one's that are used in the past.
like TRx.... to Tjv.... and so one.
Is there any tool that can help me with that. So i do not need to do this by
hand?
