1) The end users of the components never read these newsgroup as they don't care about the components. They consume them via end-user products.
2) The total number of the potential customers here leads to zero. This has been figured out years ago, when some numbers were calculated. While the newsgroup can seem to be the widely read place, did one ever think why Microsoft with much larger user base doesn't have such newsgroup or forum? Because most people don't know and don't use it. Actually, the effect of any market activity in this newsgroup (carried by several developers I know) is minimal. For example, how much licenses could be additionally sold after some announcement? The numbers are below 50, and this is a tiny part of what is brought by other marketplaces and other markets.
