Sorry forgot to mention: I have it working already through the tray if the
PC is logged on.

I'm talking about when the PC is logged off.

I have a service app that runs on a pc and at 5:00pm I want to open a
dialog box that reminds them not to turn off their pc tonight.

Is there a component out there that will do this ? Or does anyone know
how to do it in code.
