Creating Windows Context Menus

I have Shell+ components to create Windows Context Menus but somehow I don't get responses for my support issues. I am looking for a quick and easy way to create Windows Context Menus specifically to get the list of selected files and folders for further processing. Any resource to this is greatly appreciated.
