Hi Marc,
I've been using components like Indy's IdHTTP, Utilmind's TacHTTP
and possibly RemoteThinClient to POST the data to the web server.
I'll check on the tools that you recommended although I have never
used any of them in the past.

Well that cuts out server side tools. What components are you using on
the client?
Some simple solutions would be Microsoft Fiddler or a packet sniffer
like WireShark.
