M$ has released the binary format of its office documents, you 3rd component providers please build some good components for generating these office documents, there are a lot of issues with exporting with the OLE interface, compatibility between versions, performance, security, etc.

Try the oleautomation group if you need advise to get around such straightforward issues.

I sure will buy such a component if it works, I need to generate word, ppt, excel documents for all versions of ms office.

They'll never be able to do everything office does without writing their own version of office.
