Personally, I don't think you'll find anything. That's a very full set of
requirements with conflicting items. RTF and line spacing combined with
graphics and canvas drawing strike me as impossible.
That said, I would suggest two good solutions that I've used.
ReportBuilder is a good reporting solution which can output (perhaps with
3rd party addins) to PDF and RTF. WPTools is a good word processor that
can insert graphics and do data merging (from database or code) and output
to RTF and PDF. But they aren't canvases, and cannot do all you mention.
