licensing tool that is compatible with JclDebug

Hi all,

I'm looking for a shareware protection (or licensing) tool that meets the
following requirments:

1. Allow creating trial version by limiting days can run.

2. Allow me to write a key generator program because I need to do it for my
e-commerce provider (i.e. online order processing service provider).

3. The EXE will keep unchanged. I implemented a stack tracing feature in my
application which requires the EXE to be unchanged. I use JclDebug.

4. Not too expensive.
