FreePascal is our main target (since Kylix is not supported anymore),
but I think it would be a plus if it would work for Kylix also.
What about Mono and build with something like Chrome?
I do not remember people asking for a .NET version of the RTC SDK (there might have been a question in the past 3 years, but I do not recall), which is why I have not spent a thought on .NET yet, but if there should be interest and people want to financially support something like that, why not? Until now, I have only been asked if the RTC SDK can be used with Lazarus/FreePascal for Linux (aside from Delphi for Windows).

Well the Chrome command line compiler is free and it's pretty close to Delphi code, but with addtions etc and because it uses the Mono or .net framework it can run in Linux,Windows or Mac with out the bloat of FPC. Of course you have to have the framework installed, but that is not that big in this day and age.

Tony
