Thank you but both components draw on their own templates or form not
directly on TImage pictures.

I'm looking for a component to add ballons with text (annotated text) on
pictures (picture are hold on a TImage control) at run time. Ballons will
have arrows pointing in (any) direction wanted by the user (or at least
left, right, up, down). Thanks.
