For who is having problems with JfControls in Delphi 2007 form designer

I have found that there are problems with the TjfPageControl class in Delphi 2007 form designer if the option ENABLE RUNTIME THEMES in the project option is disabled (and it's disabled opening an old Delphi 7 project). If it's disabled the controls in the pages are not visible or not shown correctly
