Thank you. I"m actually going with ImageLib. I have successfully converted
my D5 src to D2007 and it is doing fine. It has an annotation toolbar and
many possibilities. The only drawback is a DLL we must include in the
distribution. It is 100% compatible with TImage. ImageEn annotation is
possible only with the imageEnVec (vector) component, somewhat different
then the TImage.
