ANN: TMS Security System v2.4 released

We're pleased to inform an update of the TMS Security System v2.4 is
released at http://www.tmssoftware.com. The TMS Security System allows to
have full control over what components / functions are visible and/or
available for different types of users.

Features:
- Built-in database of users, user groups and policies assigned to each user
or user group
- Database agnostic. Works with standard VCL TDataset to ensure any type of
VCL supported database can be used
- All VCL components with properties Visible, Enabled or ReadOnly can be
automatically controlled
- Proxy class and custom event to control any type of policy
- Design-time and runtime configuration of users and user groups
- Design-time and runtime configuration of policies per form

What's new in v2.4

- New : CanAddUser, CanEditUser, CanDeleteUser properties added for
TuilSecurityDlg
- New : CanAddGroup, CanEditGroup, CanDeleteGroup properties added for
TuilSecurityDlg
- New : Persistence of form policy dialog size & splitter position
- New : Persistence of security dialog splitter position
- New : List components that have ReadOnly property in policy dialog
- New : Multiform demo
- New : Full expand / full collaps options in policy dialog
- Improved : Package structure
