I don't know anything about what has happened and your relation except what I have read here, but if I read you correctly Bruno refused to give you support because you didn't have an active subscription and therefore, by inference, didn't have access to the latest version. TMS state clearly on their website that they only support the latest version, so it is unclear exactly what you intend to prove.
