Yeah. A good case in point is the Turbopower tools. Once they went open
source, almost all development came to a screeching halt (a few volunteers
kept it up for a while), and support is some newsgroups that Paul Brenneman
set up that get very few responses to questions. Bruno has a good balance
of product capabilities, support, and price. Great value!
