I think this is a little harsh.

TMS has always been great with a very fair license with long times between version cycles.

I just recently worked with their AdvMemo component and the support I received from Bruno and company was top notch.

I also purchased the AdvMemo component back in Dec 2004 and I am still getting updates for it and have not had to renew yet.
