Support response answerd afrer few days or more than a week, also most the

False information. Our statistics show that close to 90% of questions are
answered
within 24hrs. Difficult issues or times when a responsible developer is on
a holiday
are normal and expected exceptions.

newsgroups.


We should pay for soithing new, not just for fixing bugs !!!

False information. We'd like to invite you to read our release notes and see
the amount
of new features & capabilities that are added in subsequent releases.

I can respect any opinion, any suggestion, any constructive criticism,
but sorry, I cannot respect lies.
