TMS has great support. Just recently I had some issues with the AdvMemo component and I had fixes right away, sometimes in a few hours, never more than a day and once even on a Saturday.

Bruno and company are doing a great job, whatever your real beef is you should just get over it or discuss it with TMS privately.
