You posted it on a public forum, thus making it the business of anyone
who cares to respond to it. I've never used TMS tools, but from
watching this thread it's clear there are a lot of users who are very
happy with their support. And one malcontent who is complaining because
he isn't getting the free support he apparently feels he deserves.

Guess which group is more credible?
