It looks like that they don't sell it anymore. But You can find it fully
functional d5-7 on torry.net.

I remember that there was a component which made it easy to embed files and
resources into the single exe and then extract or execute them on the fly
but I cannot remember its name.

I believe I tried something like that years ago but it seems like my
memory is failing and was wondering if any kind souls can point me to the
right directions, I would certainly be very grateful.
