Re: Component for showing animated GIFs or AVI

Okay, that's interesting. I'm using an older version of the component, which has
this threading in. But the way I do it is to open a form, set off the animation,
then start threads to do the work. So my situation isn't quite the same.

I have to say, doing a query in a background thread, then transferring the results
to the main thread is one problem that should be solved since it is such a common
need.
