Seriously though, if you're looking for a graphical query builder, then
there are a few around that insulate you from most of the complexities
of SQL. However, people may still need to have some level of
understanding of your database structure, or perhaps the views you
provide.
Another option might be an OLAP cube. In a recent post to this same
group, I indicated several of the ones available. You can see that

Once a cube is built, it is very easy for users to work with them.
They love the ability to drill down through data and look at their way.
It's highly flexible. The downside is that building them can be a
little more complex.
I'll stop here, because the last time I went on and on about this, it
wasn't what the original poster was looking for at all. LOL!
