I get the impression from the page that it is QuadRam, a CodeGear partner,
not CodeGear itself, that chose EurekaLog for it's application. Or did I
miss something on the site?

Scotts Valley, CA.

The qstudio project has been folded into Delphi for PHP and the
qstudio project is being closed. WCL has become VCL for PHP. The first
version is being completed by CodeGear and qadram software but will continue
to be run as an open source project by qadram software, WCL's founder and
creator."
