HOW TO develop EBusiness with Web Server Linux

I have Delphi 7 and Kylix 2 enterprise. My web server is Apache on
Suse linux 8 enterprise.
I wish to create a program that via internet allows my customers to
consult your order and to modify them
or to insert them.
I already tried to create a html page creater with kylix 2 but the
result has been very bad.
Then I thought of creating a simple program in delphi by intraweb but
this was no good solution
because this application doesn't run correctly in Suse linux even if
this application was a CGI for Apache.
 
An other solution could be sharing mysql via internet and by a simple
delphi application to read and to write
directly into mysql.
 
This seems not to be very good but I don't know how to resolve my
problems. Have you any ideas?
Any help/suggestions will be very appreciated.
