I agree. I learned it after getting up to my neck in a Paradox thing I
built, and then realizing 3 months later that I'd created a ball of string.
It didn't need much in the way of maintenance, and the users were happy, but
I still ended up rewriting (and "re-commenting" it) just as a source of
pride. The mess was keeping me up nights. Now, 7 years later, I'm glad I
did, because we're still using the app and new users are asking for new
features.
