its a problem with his OS not your app.
he must do a complete update on his PC from
MS>
its possible that your app or your third
party components are using API calls that just
are not available with his OS, for example if he
is using 9x.ME then this can cause problems.
the later versions of Windows has many unicoded functions
already embedded into the kernel where as the other older versions
of the OS required the installation of the files done properly as an
Windows Update option..
just throwing the files in the system folders is not enough in most
cases.
etc.. and the list goes on.
