Encryption algorithm (or VCL) that only outputs Alpha-Numeric chars

Hi All

I am looking for an encryption component that will encrypt a string or file
with a 'Password Phrase' but the encrypted data MUST only consist of
alpha-numeric data, so there must be NO special characters like #$@/? in the
enrypted data.
