Delphi 8 & Mac OSX

Is it a feasible plan to write a .NET application in Delphi 8 (WinForms
only) and deploy it on Macs running OSX? This app would be an Oracle db
front end.

I've heard talk around the net that there are runtime systems out there for
.NET on Macs. Is it true? Has it been done? What are limitations and
loopholes?
