I am looking for an easy way to convert between two character
encodings (specifically JIS (iso-2022-jp) and SJIS) in Delphi.

Is there some sort of component, or easy way of going about this? I
searched for a while for some sort of iconv binding for Delphi, but
was pretty successful.
