Book recommendation?

Guys,

I have bought mastering Delphi 7, but it's a bit too advanced for me. I need
something that will take someone who can code reasonably well in perl, but
has no knowledge whatsoever of Pascal up to the level where I can read the
Delphi book.

Which book should I get?
