AV in dbrtl70.bpl and rtl70.bpl

Hello

Did any one face a strange AV in Delphi7 Ent and DOA v4.05 (Oracle9i) in dbrtl70.bpl and rtl70.bpl just in design time ?
It seems almost impossible to activate my TOracleDataSet (always in design time !!). In run time everything works ok.
