capturing keystrokes and mouse clicks

Hi,

I want to automate some testing procedures for my app. I'm thinking of
capturing the keystrokes and mouse clicks so that I can re-use them when my
codes are modified. Does anyone know what options I have and what 3rd party
products are available?
