Sure. But it will matter tremendously if that is by 60% or by 99%.

That kind of stuff is always as futuristic as possible if the release date
is still long away. (remember early beta's of XP? Half of the stuff in Longhorn
was promised for it, and even some stuff now postponed to Blackcomb)

If you seed paranoia like this, you actually doing most of the work for them.
