Right function?

Hi!
What is equivalent to ms access 2000's Right-function.

Say I have files I have saved like:

 JANUARY2004.txt etc

and I want to return, when a user chooses that file in an OpenDialog,
in a combobox the text: JANUARY?

Couldn't find anything that enlightened me in the Helpfile(D7 PE).
