I have to agree with Thomas's sentiment: If you don't know what the
latest Delphi version is, what makes you think you want to upgrade?

For Win32 stuff, visit http://www.borland.com/delphi/. For .Net stuff,
visit http://www.borland.com/delphi_net/. Download the "feature matrix"
PDFs to see which edition of Delphi (personal, professional, enterprise,
etc.) is right for you. While you're at it, download and read the other
"product information" files.
Also, do a Web search for "Diamondback," not the snake or the Arizona
baseball team, but the code name for the next product from Borland, due
out in the winter. About a month ago was BorCon, at which Borland
introduced the product. Many people wrote about it online, including
Nick Hodges. There are even some movies demonstrating it.
