Best forum for discussion of Delphi program design?

Hi.

I have an idea for a program to help me at work. But, I want to try
to do it properly, so wish to discuss the overall design features with
people who know.

As it's going to be Delphi based, is this a good forum to discuss my
wants, or is there a better, more generic design forum?
