[newbie] Quick guide to playing with SQLite?

Hi

I'm still learning Delphi while going through "Mastering D7", and I
was wondering if someone knowledgeable could give me a simple step by
step procedure to choose a good wrapper to SQLite in this list :

By "simple", I really mean it, eg. unzip the .PAS or BLP file in such
and such directory, and open this "hello world" sample to start
sending SQL queries :-)
