Hi all!

I discovered a problem, when working with calendars - e.g. I created a
general function for adding months.
Basically, very simple, but a check is needed for illagal dates:
1) four months have only 30 days
2) ferbuary have only 28 or 29 days

These issues are easy... but when working with longer periods of time,
problems might occur.
The problem is missing periods:
October 5-14, 1582 does not exist - mostly they do, this can be igoned.
E.g. UK and USA are missing September 3-13 in 1752, Nordic countries
are missing 10 days in February 1700, Sweden had 30 days in Ferbuary in
1712, and Eastern Europe have 16 days in 1918 (Feb. 1-13 are missing).
Have anyone dealt with this issue?
How have you solved it?
