I'm writing an app that has to run a (very) old DOS program to dump some
data. It then does some work on that data. Since I haven't had to do this in
a long while I figured that the simplest thing would be to use the
RunProgramWait code from the miniFAQ. Everything works fine except that the
DOS box doesn't close once the dump program is finished, and since the
runner is waiting for the :) runee to finish, it just sits there until I
    manually close the window.

Is there any way I can programmatically close the DOS window?
