Need user's to log in to my app. Can I use NT domain authentication?

Hi folks, I need to have users log in to my application (written in
Delphi7). I really want to avoid having my own table of usernames and
passwords. Is there a way to pass the user's credentials to the NT
domain controller to determine if the login is valid?

It would also be nice to be able to test whether a user belongs to a
given domain group.

Seems like this should be easy.

Thanks,
Doug
