Strange problem

I've have a strange IDE problem. I've picked up a developement of a Delphi
application for another developer and there's a strange behavior of frames
within tabsheets of a pagecontrol in a project. The thing is, when I
manually adjust all sizes of all frames so on a default 1024*740 sized main
form they fit perfectly into their tabsheets, everything is fine, I can run,
and build app and it looks as it shoud. But when I close Delphi IDE and
reopen project later the frames which were sized to their default sizes and
moved to convinient positions in IDE are now moved to their original
positions from when I recieved the source and resized. Also they don't fit
tabsheets anymore. This is very frustrating since I've never had this
problem with my own projects. There, any ideas?
