Setting printquality

How is it possible to set printquality setting to eg. "best", so all the
other applications like, MS Word or Excell would use this
setting by default. In other words, I set print quality from my program in
Delphi, so I won't have to set it from eg. MS Word.
I have tried to accomplish this using Devmode parameters, but they only
affect settings for the print job from dephi application.

Please, help !
